Minimum order is 20.00.

Normally, orders are dispatched by us on Tuesday or Wednesday to ensure that your plants arrive with you before the weekend and we would aim to have plants sent out within 7 days.In extreme conditions we may hold onto them until the weather improves in which case I would email you to keep you informed.

Parcels are sent by either next day or 1-2 day delivery on the next Tuesday or Wednesday after ordering. I will send you an email when I have dispatched your plants with an indication of when you should expect to receive them and details of how to track your parcel.

PLEASE PLEASE......If you are not going to be home when the parcel is due to be delivered, please give details of where you'd like the parcel to be left e.g. with a neighbour, in a safe place etc. in the box on the shopping basket page and I will add those details to the parcel. Most couriers these days will NOT leave parcels if no one is home and no 'safe place' has been stated which can lead to delays and inconvenience all round. If your parcel doesn't arrive on the expected day, it's a good idea to check the courier's tracking page in case they've attempted delivery.

Sadly, due to the high costs of carriage, we cannot offer free delivery on large orders to these more remote areas.

We are very conscious that the cost of carriage is becoming very expensive and we try to keep the price down as much as possible. We believe that the 24 hour or 1-2 day delivery service is essential to ensure your plants arrive in good condition and what we charge our customers is less than the carrier charges us.

To save money why not combine orders with a friend or neighbour and share the delivery cost with them?

Plants are packed in clear, plastic 'blisterpacks' which hold them and their compost firmly so they arrive at their destination in good condition.

Be sure to unpack your plants on delivery and place them in a light position outside until you are ready to plant. Avoid hot, windy sites as these may cause the plants to dry out in their pots.

Keep watered if not planting immediately.
