Normally, orders are dispatched by us on Tuesday or Wednesday to ensure that your plants arrive with you before the weekend and we would aim to have plants sent out within 7 days.In extreme conditions we may hold onto them until the weather improves in which case I would email you to keep you informed.
Parcels are sent by DPD's next day delivery so you should receive your plants the following day after dispatch. You should receive an email from DPD on the night before delivery saying that your parcel is on its way and another on the day of delivery giving a one hour delivery window together with alternative options should you not be at home when the driver calls.
Your views are important to us so if you have any comments or queries, please do let me know.
If you are not going to be home when the parcel is due to be delivered, please give details of where you'd like the parcel to be left e.g. with a neighbour, in a safe place etc. in the box on the shopping basket page. If you would like to receive information from the delivery company as to where your parcel is during it's delivery including redelivery details, please also add your email or mobile number.

Sadly, due to the high costs of carriage, we cannot offer free delivery on large orders to these more remote areas.
We are very conscious that the cost of carriage is becoming very expensive and we try to keep the price down as much as possible. We believe that the 24 hour, next day delivery service is essential to ensure your plants arrive in good condition and what we charge our customers is less than the carrier charges us.
To save money why not combine orders with a friend or neighbour and share the delivery cost with them?
Plants are packed in clear, plastic 'blisterpacks' which hold them and their compost firmly so they arrive at their destination in good condition.
Be sure to unpack your plants on delivery and place them in a light position outside until you are ready to plant. Avoid hot, windy sites as these may cause the plants to dry out in their pots.
Keep watered if not planting immediately.
